There’s no time for boredom! Our onsite activity director provides daily activities, with input from residents and help from a great team of volunteers. Activities include, bingo, cards, dice, games, and movies that are not only fun, but incorporate memory and speech-therapy…there’s even a weekly sing along time and an official Prairie Home choir! We also receive a number of monthly visitors and performers…a schedule is posted in each home.

We believe encouraging our residents in their relationship with God is also a vital part of their care. We welcome visits from clergy and faith-filled folks!  For those who choose to participate, a biweekly bible study and church service is available onsite. This ministry is provided free of charge through Shepherd's Care Community Outreach. Shepherd’s Care brings the good news and God's love, hope, and encouragement to the many people who live in community-based care communities throughout the Fox Valley area.
