"The
staff at Prairie Home
not only met our expectations, but also greatly
exceeded them. Everyone involved in the care of
our Mother was well trained and exhibited the professionalism
we had hoped for.”

The Heart of Prairie Home
“Even
to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will
sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will
sustain you and I will rescue you.” Isaiah 46:4 |
A
Message from Our Administrator
Dear
Friends;
When circumstances don’t allow you to care for
your loved one yourself, you worry about them. Did they
take their medication today? Are they eating well? Have
they had an unexpected fall or accident? You love them
and want what’s best for them…yet your concern
sometimes overwhelms you. Even so, it’s hard for
you to picture them in a nursing home, or a large, impersonal
setting that creates issues of its own.
That’s why Prairie Home is a welcome alternative
for so many families. I’m John Mc Carthy and this
is my wife, Fran. We’ve been the hands-on owners
and administrators of Prairie Home since it’s
founding in 1998. Prairie Home is a non-denominational
assisted living facility that ministers to the aging
in our community, providing quality health care through
a compassionate, professional staff.

Our
Mission
When
loved ones age and are physically unable to live alone
the effect can be far reaching and tramatic. Our mission
is to reflect the love of Jesus by helping families
address the challenges of aging, by providing a safe,
comfortable environment and loving, individualized care
that addresses the emotional, physical and spiritual
needs of our residents.
Our Services
Our services are based on Christian principles and tailored
to the specific needs and preferences of each resident
and family. A pre-move assessment is always conducted
to gather information about how we can best serve and
care for your loved one. Our costs are established up
front based on individual needs and locked in for the
course of the stay. Prairie Home can be a place for
a temporary recovery or a lifelong alternative to an
institutional setting.

Our
Staff
Our entire staff works to make Prairie Home, a warm,
nuturing atmosphere where our residents can grow and
thrive. Our goal is to help them maintain a sense of
dignity and independence, while enjoying the security
and companionship of other residents, their families
and our family of caregivers.
Visit us soon. Call (920) 969-0626 to
arrange a personal tour or email mike@prairiehomeassistedliving.com.
We would love to meet you, hear about your family’s
unique needs and circumstances and discuss how we might
help.
In His love and service,
John and Fran McCarthy
